YRBS Results
Saugus Public Schools administered the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) in the spring of 2017.  It is administered every 2 years to grades 6 - 12. The YRBS was developed by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to monitor high-risk and health behaviors among middle school and high school students. The data the survey collects help schools, government agencies, and community organizations develop health programs and drug abuse and bullying prevention plans.  Follow-up waves of YRBS data can be used to monitor progress toward meeting program benchmarks.
