Field Permits
Obtaining A Permit to Use a Town Field
Please contact the department directly to request a permit - ccakounes@saugus-ma.gov
Please Note:
At this time, we are only permitting these fields to Saugus groups.
Youth groups get first preference.
The use of a field by a for-profit organization is prohibited.
If you are a not-for-profit organization, please include proper documentation stating this, along with your organizations insurance policy.
A not-for-profit organization (NFPO) is one that does not earn profit for its owners.
All money earned goes directly back into running the organization.
Thank you for your understanding.
- Please submit the following documents; Field Permit Request Form - Completed & Signed (Download below) Separate Detailed Schedule (If multiple dates are requested) Copy of Insurance Binder
- If applicible, proper documention proving your organization is not-for-profit.
We are charged with the issuance of permits for the following town fields;
• Waybright Elementary School Field
• Lynnhurst Elementary School Field
• Bristow Park
• Stocker Playground (Off of Winter St.)
• Belmonte Middle School (Soccer Field (inner track) & Track Only)
• Stackpole Field (Football & Baseball)
• Anna Parker Playground (Baseball Field Only)
• Veterans Elementary School (Grass Field Only)
• Grabowski Baseball Field (Hurd Ave.)
• Field at Oaklandvale School
All other fields are permitted separately & therefore not included:
• World Series Park (at Belmonte)
• Elks Field (Main St.)
• Parcher Field at Kasabuski Rink
• Soccer Fields at Anna Parker Playground
We are currently NOT permitting out the pickle ball courts at Anna Parker. They are to be used on a first come, first served basis. Please place a paddle in the rack to indicate your spot in line. Please keep it to one complete game, and then let the next group play. The lights will dim at 8pm.
Make sure to be courteous to the other players, and please clean up the courts before you leave. Thank you.
